বিনোদন প্রতিবেদক: মহামারি করোনার কারণে গত পাঁচ মাস ধরে চলচ্চিত্রের সকল কার্যক্রম বন্ধ রয়েছে। সরকার শুটিংয়ের অনুমতি দিলেও চলচ্চিত্রের কোনো শুটিং হচ্ছে না। অন্যদিকে সিনেমা হল বন্ধ রয়েছে।
কাজ না থাকায় বিপাকে পড়েছেন চলচ্চিত্রের অসচ্ছল শিল্পীরা। তাদের পাশে দাঁড়াতে চলচ্চিত্র শিল্পী সমিতিতে নগদ অর্থ দিয়েছেন চলচ্চিত্রাঙ্গনের বেশ কয়েকজন শিল্পী।

বাংলাদেশ চলচ্চিত্র শিল্পী সমিতিতে অনুদান দিয়েছেন—ফরিদুর রেজা সাগর, ইলিয়াস কাঞ্চন, মনোয়ার হোসেন ডিপজল, মিশা সওদাগর, শিল্পী, জায়েদ খান। শিল্পী সমিতির সাধারণ সম্পাদক জায়েদ খান বলেন—‘দেশের এই দুর্যোগে শিল্পীদের সহযোগিতায় যেসব ব্যক্তিরা এগিয়ে এসেছেন, তাদের শিল্পী সমিতি আজীবন স্মরণ করবে।’

করোনা সংক্রমণ শুরুর পর থেকে শিল্পী সমিতি বেশ কয়েকবার অসচ্ছল শিল্পীদের সহযোগিতা করে আসছেন। এরই ধারাবাহিকতায় এবারো তারা অসচ্ছল শিল্পীদের সহযোগিতা করবেন বলে জানান জায়েদ খান।
