বরাবরের মতো এবারের ঈদুল আজহায়ও একক সংগীতানুষ্ঠান নিয়ে হাজির হচ্ছেন এটিএন বাংলা টেলিভিশনের চেয়ারম্যান ড. মাহফুজুর রহমান। অনুষ্ঠানটি প্রচার হবে ঈদের দ্বিতীয় দিন রাত সাড়ে ১০টায়। তবে অনুষ্ঠানটির নাম এখনো ঠিক করা হয়নি বলে জানিয়েছে এটিএন বাংলা কর্তৃপক্ষ।

জানা গেছে, গেল কয়েক বছরের মতো বারও বেশকিছু মৌলিক গান পরিবেশন করবেন ড. মাহফুজুর রহমান। প্রেম, করোনা, যাপিত জীবনের নানা বিষয় নিয়ে গান করবেন তিনি।

এটিএন বাংলার অনুষ্ঠান বিভাগ সূত্রে জানা যায়, বৈশ্বিক মহামারি করোনাভাইরাসের প্রাদুর্ভাবে দীর্ঘদিন থেকে মানুষ ঘরবন্দি। তাই ঘরবন্দি দর্শকদের একঘেয়েমি কাটাতে তার অনুষ্ঠানটি ভিন্ন মাত্রার আনন্দ যোগ করবে বলে প্রত্যাশা করেন। এবারের অনুষ্ঠানটির শুটিং হয়েছে স্টুডিওতে। তবে গানের সঙ্গে ভিজ্যুয়াল গ্রাফিক্সের মাধ্যমে নানা মনোরম দৃশ্যে দেখা যাবে ড. মাহফুজুর রহমানকে।

এর আগে মাহফুজুর রহমানের প্রথম গানের অনুষ্ঠান ছিল ‘হৃদয় ছুঁয়ে যায়’। অনুষ্ঠানটি প্রচারিত হয় ২০১৬ সালে। এরপর ২০১৭ সালের ঈদুল ফিতরে ‘প্রিয়ারে’ এবং একই বছর ‘স্মৃতির আলপনা আঁকি’ গানের অনুষ্ঠান নিয়ে হাজির হন তিনি। এছাড়া ২০১৮ ও ২০১৯ সালের দুই ঈদেও মাহফুজুর রহমানের গানের অনুষ্ঠান এটিএন বাংলায় প্রচারিত হয়।
